Question

Q: I purchased this mag recently, but couldn't figure out how to load it. I placed a live round in the opening and turned the spring-loaded sprocket. The round dropped into the drum and lodged inside. I can't get it ti come out. How can I disassemble the mag to get it out?

Hello,

Sorry this has happened. You would need to turn the dial on the drum in the same manner you turned it when the round fell inside the magazine. Then hold the magazine upside down and shake it out.

In the future, only turn the mail enough to allow one round into the magazine at a time. This will prevent that form happening. Also, you can call the manufacturer for more assistance.
