Lightweight Balaclava with Nomex
This lightweight balaclava from Blackhawk is made entirely from DuPont Nomex fabric. This advanced meta-aramid material provides reliable flame and flash protection, and will not combust at temperatures below 800 degrees Fahrenheit, making it extremely useful in hazardous environments. The small face opening and extended length provide a high degree of coverage for the head, face and neck for increased protection. It is constructed using flat seams, preventing it from chafing or rubbing as you move and making it easier and more comfortable to wear underneath a helmet. It comes in a choice of four uniform-friendly colors.
