Firearm Purchase Conditions & FFL Requirements
Purchasing a firearm online requires following specific federal and state regulations. To ensure full compliance and a smooth transaction, please review our complete Firearm Purchase Conditions before placing your order.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We will contact you after checkout to obtain your chosen FFL dealer’s information, verify licensing, and confirm transfer procedures. The firearm will then be shipped directly to that dealer, where you’ll complete the required background check and transfer process.
Please note that firearm laws vary by state, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure legality before purchase. We cannot ship firearms to restricted areas or individuals prohibited by law from possessing firearms. For details regarding age restrictions, verification, dealer transfer steps, and other important terms, visit our Firearm Purchase Policy page.
Firearm orders that are cancelled after processing, as well as orders that cannot be completed due to a denied or failed NICS background check, may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 20%. This helps cover handling, processing, and return costs associated with firearm transactions.
DrumMagazines.com is committed to responsible firearm sales and ensuring every order meets both legal and safety standards. Reviewing our firearm ordering conditions before completing your purchase helps us process your order quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with all applicable laws.
