The Escort VTS shotgun magazine holds 5 rounds of 12 gauge and drops straight into your Hatsan Escort VTS. Run it as a spare and you always have another five rounds staged so a run dry means a quick magazine swap instead of feeding shells one at a time.
Hatsan USA builds this detachable box magazine to fit the full Escort VTS lineup covering the SDX BTS and DF models under one part number. That single part number saves you from tracking down a different magazine for each gun. If you own more than one VTS or shoot alongside others on the same platform one magazine feeds all of them and a spare you bought for the SDX still works in the BTS or DF. Capacity is a true 5 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition matched to how the VTS is designed to cycle.
The body is machined from steel with a black oxide finish that resists corrosion and holds up to hard field use wet mornings and repeated loading. Black oxide adds a protective layer over the steel so surface rust has a harder time taking hold when the magazine rides in a damp blind or gets caught out in the rain. That matters for a part you load and strip over and over since the finish keeps ordinary wear from turning into pitting. A detachable design lets you top off ahead of time and change magazines without breaking your position. For hunters working the VTS in the blind or shooters cycling through clays and drills a loaded spare cuts the downtime between strings. Swap an empty for a full one and get back on target.

Reliable feeding and a corrosion-resistant finish make this a smart pickup for anyone who shoots a Hatsan Escort VTS whether you hunt with it or put it to work at the range. Because it fits the SDX BTS and DF it stays useful even if your VTS setup changes down the road. Keep one loaded and staged and your next reload is already handled.
